High pay, great hours, great technology and equipment available.

Cons

Much work is expected from Tellers, Cross selling is difficult because they offer no assistance in how to accomplish it.

Pros

Good Pay; Lots of career opportunities--if you play their game.

Cons

Focus is not on "members", but is entirely on sales/numbers. Associates are told to get the sale any way they can. Upper management is well aware of the dishonest/unethical ways this is being done.

Being a credit union, the pay is much better than a commercial bank. Also, they really want to develop a rapport with their members.

Cons

The branch I worked in focused too much on sales!
