Pros

A lot of interesting cases and many chances to learn new things. Great instrumentation and highly technical facility. Leading the nation in it's practices.

Cons

A lot of shift tension and employee unhappiness. People are not treated the same. A lot of back stabbing by management breeding hostility all around.

Pros

Job training provided professional leadership growth. Work hours fit into my studies driven time schedule. I will continue to utilize customer service skills as a museum professional.

Cons

The compensation is hourly without benefits. The culture of the office included lots of turnover for health care contractors during my two years in the position.

magnet hospital, good food. pay is ok, benifits are ok, different areas to work in. That is about all i have.

Cons

Dont go by magnet protocol, large patient load, no relief for lunch break, management unavailable to hear concerns of staff. Just does not care.
