      Pros

      Friendly patients. Neurology, Endocrine, OBGYN and Orthopedic access locally. POC testing in outpatient office. Onsite access to lab & xray

      Cons

      Too many admin! Poor communication between admins & staff. Favoritism of certain providers or staff over others. Always short on support staff, especially MAs. Poor follow through of admin and IT. Meditech Expanse EMR. Sloth like referral process. Very limited Mental Health resources in the county.
