      Pros

      Managers care about employees and are not afraid to work along side you to get task done in a timely manner.

      Cons

      Hourly pay rates are not worth the work that is expected, If you're a hard working employee you are asked to pick up the slack of others as well as getting you own stuff done. The health benefits offered are expensive and terrible.

      Pros

      Small hospital environment, where everyone knows everyone.

      Cons

      HR lost paperwork that was turned in and blamed me. I had proof that it was given to the correct person. It is a very old building and it was unable to handle the amount of oxygen we needed during Covid and we ran out, Had to put patients on emergency tanks. They wanted to swab me every time I came to work because I had a religious exemption from the Covid shot, but the only ones who came to work sick were the fully "vaxed" workers. The PPE protocols didn't allow for changing of gloves and gowns between patients. Pay was below average.

      No raises unless you are nursing staff. Not paid what you are worth. Hard to contact management.
