      Pros

      The only Pro i have is the vacation time which is 4 weeks for this role.

      Cons

      Culture is Totalitarian, all about do what i say with absolutely no questions asked. SOPs constantly change & very hard to keep up to date. A lot of unnecessary micromanagement Unrealistic workload and expectations Burnout is quick in about 3 months If you are okay with working 12 hour shifts and still be told that you are still lacking, then this place is for you.

      Pros

      Excellent professional development programs from tuition reimbursement (one degree limit) as well as certifications. I love how MSKCC invites professional speakers and their employees to quarterly assemblies. MSKCC buys the book in advance for employees (free) to read so you can participate in the presentation and form discussion groups.

      Cons

      Only current employees can see the Grade # for each job posted, which means you do not know if the salary is above $85k (M11) or not. Do not be afraid to ask the HR contact (telephone) if you cannot find out before applying.
