Pros

the training was good and kind of thorough.

Cons

When sharing a sexual inappropriate comment made to me, I was treated like it was my fault and was told that *I* need to watch my actions and words. This lead me to fall into a deep depression- one that I made management aware of. HR kept kicking me while I was down. I got COVID-19 and they made me work through the entirety of my sickness with the exception of two days. After a mandatory mental health week, I had to get into extreme therapy which is very costly. I tried to log into my accounts to work and my access was denied. I was never given a reason. Now they want to take legal action against me and make me pay back my signing bonus even though I did not breach my contract. If you care about your mental health, do not work here. Hopefully this will not happen to anyone else.

Pros

great for promoting alcoholism and making toxic friends!

Cons

There's too many cons to even put in one paragraph. Toxic culture, unfair pay, favoritism, micromanaging, terrible management, no sales experience: just cold calling, and everyone's sleeping with everyone. But making their employees pay 5000 dollars for leaving? That's the worst thing this scam of a company has done. No other company does that because it's a legal nightmare. I literally feel like a hostage, since they don't pay me nearly enough to afford to leave. Please please don't get stuck here like I did, your mental well being is so much more important.
