Pros

You get to meet people your age (purely a social positive because with everybody being the same age is like the blind leading the blind). My 'manager' was younger then me (23 years old) and was clearly in no position to be 'training' people as they had no idea as to what they were doing. How is a 23 year old going to give you career advice and tell you how to make 6 figures? (they cant they have never done it themselves.)

Cons

So I was personally asked by management to write a positive review about this company, and I cant. The CEO's are immature and the employees are all children. Dont settle on working here, there are far better opportunities out there. When I worked here they made me believe that people my age needed to settle for places like this. They would always reference 'well compared to the industry we do more (like training for example.) That is not the case my new company has tuition reimbursement, they do not charge you 5K if you quit.

Pros

-training is actually very helpful and provides a pivotal foundation for cold calling. -there are no other pros

Cons

- the pay is worse than $20 an hour for full time employees with a college degree. Get a grip. -highest signing bonus I’ve seen is 3,000 and they make u pay it back in every way possible. - they don’t give a crap about the quality of your leads -they lie straight to the faces of there customers. My manager did this quite frequently without remorse to help alleviate his pains of having a large team. -they also don’t background check and have issues hiring sex offenders.

Pros

Get in, suck it up, get your 15 month training, and get out to a real paying job

Cons

- Toxic workplace, "bro" environment, online bullying, sexual harassment - Serious favoritism led by upper management (great when you're the favorite, but not so much when you're not) - Training is NOT world class anymore, so hopefully you get a good manager that knows what they're doing and can help you - with that said, some managers are amazing, some are trash. good luck.
