Pros

- Great culture - Training program is really strong - Lots of opportunities for bonuses - Have birthday and Super Bowl Monday off along with most holidays (not Christmas Eve though) - Everyone truly wants you to succeed - The idea is you only work here for a year or so to get experience before being hired out by your client

Cons

- You need to make at least 100 dials a day and it doesn’t matter how many meaningful conversations with prospects you had. - The base pay is low, so you need to meet quota and earn bonuses. - Many days are so busy it is hard to even find time for lunch. - When in the office, nobody wears a mask despite extremely high local covid rates.

Pros

So this is a good job if you are just starting you are just starting in the sales industry. If you are looking to get the training and experience that you will need to advance in your career and can also afford to take the low salary in order to gain that experience then I would say do it.

Cons

The biggest complaint that I have while working here was they way they determine success. I get that it is tough when you have as many clients as they do to determine accurate quotas and goals but something needs to change here. Basically you are judged by numbers and not how talented you are at your job While one person on your team may be calling on qualified leads and speaking with 7-8 people a day another may be cold calling people and get into a conversation or two a day if they are lucky. The problem is these two people will likely have the same quota and as such one will be seen a a good SDR although this may not be the case. It is a shame that management does so little to accurately understand each campaign because even though they may be in tech the campaigns are soooo different. I have seen people who have never reached their mb quota get hired out and be amazing AE's or SDR's and people who would crush their mb quota on an easy client get switched to another one and fail. This job is not easy and it is beyond discouraging seeing other get praised for doing half as much as some just because their campaigns are easier. As I said in the Pros section though if you need to get your foot in the door in this industry and don't have another option take it, I just wouldn't stick around too long once other options are available.
