Pros

Decent first job out of college, will hire you with little to no sales experience and provide solid initial training to learn the basics. Met some great friends too.

Cons

Where do I even begin?..... First I guess let's start with pay. Base pay is incredibly below industry standard.... OTE on job postings do not apply to the average or even above average SDR. Quota bank pay outs are also a total joke. Next let's talk management, higher ups is in the office MAYBE once a week, and that's being generous. When they are in the office on the rare occasion, they do nothing but boss people around. Micromanagement is also heavily prevalent. Finally let's talk campaigns.... Management will tell you otherwise but any SDR will tell you that your experience here depends ENTIRELY on what campaign you are assigned to. The five star reviews that you see on here are from SDRs who got lucky and got placed on a good campaign either with a good product, dominant market share, or a reasonable and attainable quota. Everybody else on a bad campaign has the opposite with either a product that is years behind in technology, is in a market with monopolization of a service/product or has a quota that is simply unattainable. I would have conversations with colleagues and they would tell me that their campaign's internal sales team has a monthly quota that is less than HALF of what mB expects.... and these people wonder why their turnover rate is so high.
