Pros

I found the leadership at memoryBlue to follow through on their word, provide clear growth opportunities, and reward you with actual compensation bonuses and increases — a rare find in my experience. Overall, the Co-Founders and CEOs treated me with respect and valued my contributions to the company. I would recommend anyone who has the right personality for sales consider starting their career here and any company who needs reputable SDRs to look to memoryBlue. Honestly, I think this is one of the best places I've ever worked. They didn't abuse my time and offered anything you could ask for from a job — more money for a job well done, growth opportunities, competitive benefits, and an array of added perks that they didn't have to provide. I did not care too much for my direct manager, however, the leaders of the company were always great.

Cons

It's a very young culture and can be kind of isolating if you're older than 25 and not into a certain vibe. You can't start on a 401K until a year of employment, at least you couldn't when I was there.

Pros

* getting sales experience * your coworkers will be super nice and fun to be around

Cons

This was a terrible place to work. Having to complete upwards of ~200 calls / day, set up for failure when your client tells you to do one thing and your manager tells you to do the opposite, CEOs of the company are super unprofessional and at times inappropriate (particularly regarding conversations surrounding race). Don’t work here - whoever refers you gets a huge bonus when you sign on.
