Pros

Great products and customers.

Cons

Commission driven environment creates very unethical behavior and compromises the integrity of the sales. Customer service gets lost in this quota system. Creates animosity and negative work relationships. Contention between coworkers is obvious and challenges company ideals. Good thing George is no longer around. Because he would not like the way the company looks.

Pros

Love the people, and the benefits. The motivation to sell is definitely there as it is an incentive based environment with healthy competition. Decent employee discount for your own clothing. Good team based place.

Cons

Poor Hours, Major Cutbacks and Layoffs, Poor Scheduling and staffing, elusive and dishonest leadership up top. Many people have started to jump ship. CEO and board members don't have a clue regarding today's consumers. Old and outdated. Not a good place to move up quickly.
