      Pros

      If you are willing to learn, you can learn a lot about men's fashion. If you ignore the "sell sell sell no matter what" mentality that higher-ups force on you, you can connect with customers and have a great time helping people actually love the way they look.

      Cons

      The whole place is toxic beyond belief. I have heard HR telling employees to "grow up" when said employee claims SH on a regional manager, and do nothing when employees comment on customers "package". I have seen people be hired over more qualified employees getting promoted, due to the regional manager favoring them. Employees fired due to them speaking out against the blatant favoritism and SH.

      - Great coworkers, interesting job outlook, transferable skills

      Cons

      - Rapidly decreasing quality of product - Cut tailor hours to insane levels - No commission or benefits, only cut hours when goals aren't met - The entire store seems to be on clearance at all times, but high ticket sales are pushed from upper management constantly - No reliable hours for any part-timers or tailors. - Managers aren't allowed to have a set schedule & no weekends off

      Flexible hours, discount on merchandise, opportunity to hone customer service and sales skills

      Cons

      Low pay, no commission for sales, awful managers who get away with disrespect and verbal abuse, toxic work environment, culture of backstabbing.
