Pros

if you are 17 and could care less about a career, this may be for you

Cons

They could care less about your time with the company. They will deny your vacation time. The pay is horrible. Bonuses are always out of reach. The company is floundering. Immediate retaliation by regionals if you talk to HR.

Pros

Helping people for big moments. I'll miss my roll with customers for the rest of my working life.

Cons

The company continues to take from employees. The company is struggling and they continue to cut costs from employees by taking away benefits and cutting hours and pay. Managers expected to work more for less. Long time leadership who moved up in the company regularly acknowledged ever increasing burden on store managers saying they didn't think they could manage a store under the present circumstances.
