Frustrating, but hey, money I guess
Pros
-Pretty decent employee disconut -Pay is at least above minimum wage (in most states, to my knowledge) -Custom made suits are pretty dope -Co-workers are pretty chill and make the slow days fun (usually)
Cons
-There's an obvious superiority complex in most of the store managers I've met. "Do as I say, not as I do" type of thing. -Too much gets swept under a rug. -Since they bought Jos. A. Bank, a company that was in debt, budget cuts have been made. I haven't been around for the "good ol' days" of this company, but it's still very clear with how they try to cut hours. -In a similar train of thought, the pay is mediocre. Even managers complain about being underpaid. The best part? Even though the pay istechnically above minimum wage, it's only barely survivable at best. -No clear path for upward mobility. -Despite hour cuts, it's still a pain to have a life outside of work at most locations.
