      Pros

      Lots of different technologies, available hands on platforms that you may not get at other shops. Very social atmosphere, with focus on the social aspects not necessarily focused on business. There was a very good discount on merchandise.

      Cons

      Communication was irrelevant, and mostly nonexistent. Demanding schedule for key employees and very immature project office. Slow to implement industry standards. Management would never recognize any expertise from employees, nor would they welcome input on anything dealing with technology. Very lopsided from the top down, and managed by fear, lots of intimidation management had there. Very negative reputation with vendors and consultants.

      Pros

      You develop a great feeling of a second family. It is a relaxed environment. You feel like a human being and not just an employee. Great benefits. Paid vacation, sick time, holiday pay, and floating holidays. Work with school schedule.

      Cons

      - Favoritism - Lots gossip from store to store about employees. - Some management mistreat their employees. Going to upper management to complain never solves anything. - Good employees are over looked and recognition for a job well done is hard to come by. - Raises are hard to come by as well. LOW PAY!! - No dress code for young women. Can dress like their working at a strip club or going out to a club and nothing is said even after customer complaints.
