Pros

The employees can be good if you get a good team. The discount is higher than most places.

Cons

Upper management starting at the senior store manager levels all the way up to the CEO. They took away all benefits: cash bonus, Christmas party, sabbatical earning.... the next to go will bethe company paid outs for store lunch. Which is low enough that you can only afford pizza once a month. Managers have become lazy, if you get a good one dont take it for granted. Management doesnt know how to actually manage a store let alone people. Mentorship is non existant. The pay is awful. Without being told so, it feels as though the regionals get a bonus based on unused payroll allowance. Operations is a joke these days. Responsible for a division for 12-13$ an hour. The only way to make more is by staying underpaid and earning your yearly raise of 10 cents.....

Cons

after loss of former CEO and purchase of Joseph A. Banks, company starting making cuts in a lot of areas that used to make the company so unique, and earn their rightful spot on the Fortune 500 list yearly

Pros

Fun people to work with, somewhat relaxed work environment

Cons

Management is incompetent, favoritism is a reality and will hold you back from advancing, sexism and sexual harassment is a rampant, even from senior management. HR does nothing to protect you. Females stay away.
