      Pros

      The customers are the only pros of working here.

      Cons

      If I could give 0 Stars, I would. I used to work here and management itself treats the employees poorly! They bully you and make you afraid to say anything against them by threatening to fire you. The pay is not enough for anyone to live off of. Was going to get promoted but they expect you to work for an entry salary once promoted. They allow discrimination to happen in their stores and at the store I worked at, it was encouraged. They even treat customers poorly by insulting them.

      Pros

      Opportunity to advance and earn experience, while bringing home a decent paycheck. In general you're selling quality goods at reasonable prices to a white collar, "average Joe", customer that isn't too style conscious.

      Cons

      Long hours during busy season and seemingly random scheduling makes work life balance difficult. Company culture has changed for the worse. Too much pressure on poorly paid young folks in formalwear. They deserve better. Most of the time it seems like the people running the company have no idea what they're doing and that they don't care. Sportswear isn't a good value and sales are confusing to the customer and it costs the company business. Too much short term thinking from corporate.
