Pros
Inventory is a great department to be in. It sounds like it would be boring but you get the freedom to walk around all day. Regular departments have to stay in their department and could get written up if they leave too much.
Cons
Management was having a hard time accommodating my schedule and I heard from people in other departments that had to stay hours past the store closing. Some wouldn't get home until midnight sometimes.
