Knowledge, experience, and doing a good job are not rewarded. If you are a "yes" man, and especially a man, the sky is the limit. Tons of training is available, but none of it is utilized for the right people. Health care and 401K is offered, but with no company match. No sick days available, and taking any time off is met with tons of scrutiny and red tape. Every day more is asked with fewer resources. Management is not qualified, merely power hungry. Do not recommend unless you have no other choice.
