Pros
I can't speak for everyone who has worked for Menards, but as a college student, this has been a great company! I was promoted quickly, and raises are offered quite frequently to all of their employees. Great place to work if you were laid off or trying to pay for school!
Cons
I never had this experience, but some people expressed favoritism and made it difficult for other team members to move up.
