Pros

Friendly team, friendly managers, flexible with school schedule, pay every week, extra $ 2.50 on the weekends, profit sharing, you get gifts sent home for birthdays, Christmas, etc, and you get an in store credit around Christmas time.

Cons

You get written up for every little mistake you make.

Pros

Profit Sharing - it's nice, but you will work for it. The single reason employees stick around, assuming they will qualify.

Cons

Salary is maintained at a fair amount, but only because of constant O/T. Managers will step on employees to advance their own position. Relocation is the only real way to advance with the company. Inconsistent regard for company policy, yet if a Store Manager is called out, expect blame, lies, & someone forced to quit (Menards rarely fires, they demote into position where hours force many to simply walk out.
