Pros

- Decent bonuses [Usually as store credit checks, but the annual Instant Profit Sharing bonus comes as a standard check, and the amount you get back increases every year]

Cons

- Frequently understaffed in the sales departments; frequently causes issues with guests finding help. - Multiple frustrating policy changes, seems to have gotten worse over time [Changed from 1 Lunch (30 min) & 2 Breaks (10 min) for an 8 hour shift to 1 Lunch & 1 Break; cannot create self-service tickets at the register anymore; cannot write remaining totals on credit checks anymore, etc.] - Guests can be extremely frustrating to deal with at times. - The Bag Sale is The Worst.

Pros

I loved the people and the guests. They were awesome!!

Cons

Upper management doesn't care about their employees or their guests. Very very rude. No room for moving up the chain here.
