Pros
Many attainable bonuses, pay based on experience, growth within the company is extremely available, but only if you are willing to relocate. Excellent leadership experience. Full timers get every other weekend off. Paid holidays.
Cons
As a manager, you are required to work some closing shifts, followed by an opening shift the next day. With the store closing at 10pm and opening at 630am, you will have very little sleep one or two days of the week. Have to work with the company for three years before getting 10 vacation days.
