Pros

If you wanna make money, and don't mind working weekends, you can make 100k within 5 years. If you work your way up the ladder and are willing to relocate, you can become an assistant manager, then department manager in under 2 years making 45 to 50 thousand. After that you can become an assistant store manager within 3 to 4 years of being hired in, and eventually having your own store within 5 to 6 years. You can even relocate to eau claire, wi and work for general office to make some decent money.

Cons

Poor communication, teenagers managing people well into their 40's and 50's, lack of experience by anybody

Pros

The pay isn't bad for retail work. There are many friendly people who work there and it does seem like a 'team' environment. willing to work around schedule for students and part time workers

Cons

The scheduling is horrednous at times. Often close the store and open up the next day. the General Office spys on the stores to make sure everyone is following the rules. often work consists of stocking and cleaning up aisles. Everyday feels like a repeat of the last, very little time for personal down time due to the always watching the clock. The pay and the hours are not competitive for college grads,
