Pros

-Management is usually very nice -Customers are usually nice -Front end managers are flexible -10% discount (only works with PRD though, be cautious with what you buy)

Cons

-Can get boring -Point system -Even if you're sick with the flu, or a really bad cold, they expect you to grab a doctors note or else it will not be excused and you'll have points. -Ten minute breaks don't seem like enough -New rule, you have to be 18 and older to apply at Menards :( -Payroll Deductions suck unless you have self control.

Pros

Weekly pay made it a nice part time job. And flexibility was great!

Cons

Having to work in nursery in sweltering heat! But there weren't many downsides.

Pros

If you want to work a lot of hours, you can definitely get them. If you get promoted to full time, you get paid an extra $1.50 per hour. On Saturdays and Sundays, you get an extra $2.50 per hour.

Cons

During slow times your hours will get cut and you get sent home early a lot.
