Pros

Great managers in all departments, easy to work with my crazy schedule, positive employees that make working easy

Cons

Getting talked down to by employees that have been there for less time. Generation gap can be hard to get aquired and acquiesced to.

Pros

As being a part-time worker, the hours I received were decent as well as the pay raises every 90 days.

Cons

There is zero communication between employees and the higher-ups. Managers are extremely unprofessional and are greatly lacking as far as training goes. When they do put employees through specific training, they aren't very thorough which results in mistakes made by employees. Favoritism is also another characteristic of the work environment.
