Good insurance. Pay is decent. Work ends at 5 PM.

Cons

Very disorganized. The lack of communication between management is very evident. They put an immense and unnecessary kind of pressure on their employees. Even if you meet all KPI, they will find something to nag you about. They observe your every move. If your eyes aren't fixed to your screen all 8 hours of the day, they are not satisfied.
