Pros

None. I've moved on to better things and I'm glad I don't work there anymore.

Cons

Several cameras, micromanaging and terrible communication from management.

Pros

It gave me motivation to look for something better.

Cons

I've never had a job this bad. Everything you do is tracked to the second. If you like to be micromanaged to the extreme, this is the job for you. If you are even one minute late for anything, you are punished. You are also punished for being one minute early from lunch. They track your every movement with cameras (that have both video and audio by the way). There's literally a camera on every corner of the office (some rooms have 2 or 3 for good measure), with no blind spots. You can walk down the hall and see the co-owner staring at the camera feed in his office. You are watched. They have keycards on all of the doors, which you need to swipe your card to get into. This includes the bathroom door. Yes, they count the number of times you go to the bathroom and they will mention it. If you go to the bathroom too many times, you are punished. The bathroom hallway also has a camera there for good measure as well. If they could stick a camera inside the bathroom, they would. When it comes to work, they measure your worth with KPIs. And when you do well, they keep raising the bar and then punish you when you can't meet the ever increasing standards. It doesn't make sense to keep increasing the standards of your best workers to the point where its impossible. Talking to fellow co-workers outside of your department is forbidden. If they catch you, they will put a stop to it. They have a daily 'rally' where they gather everyone in the main room and talk about how great the law firm is and other stuff. If you have to tell people how great you are, then are you? Basically propaganda. The clients are treated just as bad as the employees, if not worse. One of the worst jobs in the world, run for the hills.

Pros

Good pay but that’s all

Cons

Awful management, your only a number to them and they will make sure you know your replaceable.
