      Pros

      Physicians pleasant to work with. Back of building landscape is pretty to look at..

      Cons

      Unreasonable work load, no life work balance, lack of training, Employees are over worked and expected to work 50-60 hours a week on salary. CEO does not make any decisions because he is afraid of making mistakes- he surrounds himself with women and has no male VPs, directors or managers. Little advancement opportunity. High turnover. Despite company stressing employee retention in talks, have not seen any action to indicate this is a priority. Poor health insurance benefits for a medical company. Hospital is dirty. CFO is cold and unapproachable.

      Pros

      There are some nice people here, but they don't have any voice in the decision making.

      Cons

      The CEO unfailingly believes the gossip and slander his department directors feed him. He never suspects the directors have their own personal political agenda against certain employees. It doesn't matter how dedicated an employee you are, if your manager is against you then get out. The CEO suffers from Napoleon syndrome, passive/aggressive behavior and is a schoolyard bully.

      Pros

      The patients are great to care for. There are also a few great coworkers.

      Cons

      Management could care less about you as a person. From the corporate office, to the CEO, to the department supervisor. You have ABSOLUTELY NOBODY to turn to! And you also have to deal with a rude woman in human resources too!
