      lots of great employees and group of people to work with.

      never seems to be enough tech's as a nurse you do a lot of primary care, this is a hospital for profit.

      Co-workers are mostly great people. ER small and close-knit.

      Cons

      Terrible, terrible support from upper administration. Absolutely abysmal through-put of patients. Surgery schedule completely out of control, never enough beds for all the scheduled patients. Despite massive ER holds, hospital administrators refuse to ever close to ambulances and direct admissions when we are drowning. No ancillary support, every unit and department runs at absolute bare bones despite HCA posting record breaking profits every quarter.
