      Pros

      Nothing. The building is pretty to look at. They are so archaic with technology it's ridiculous. They claim to be on "the cutting edge" but they are far from it. They don't even take take of employees and are oblivious to work life balance!

      Cons

      Overall message being sent to employees is. "We don't trust you to do your job; and, at best it's not a good enough job". They sure don't like anyone to ask questions, come up with good ideas, or rock the boat. Felt like a jail sentence. Never have I been so disappointed. It sucks the life out of you. Work loads are too much to bear, don't work for them.

      Team, doctors, and other department heads.

      Cons

      No way to climb career ladder unless in the "in crowd". Tendency, to promote inexperienced employees from within. C-Suite does not make rounds to different departments. Out of touch with front line. Pay is low for wearing many hats.
