very sexist, biased company that poses as an 'arts collective' but is actually a very conservative corporation that is purely financially driven. It's sheer chaos.

It was a bit of a trap situation. It’s an abusive and disorganized environment loaded with uncertainty. It’s similar to many other entertainment industries that bite off much more than they can chew and roll off the load onto its own employees. Teams try hard but it feels like a hopeless and paranoid work environment. The sad part is if the company was ever able to focus on doing one project and doing it right, it would be amazing, however greed and the cash grabby nature of whomever saddled them up with 4 projects at once, made that impossible. “Doing it right” is also a relative term here. New workflows are often proposed by the staff that can help, but there’s no unification and the people you’ll work with at the top care much less about forging a new path than advertised. The company is now lead by a glorified republican, ex-Disney, and a finance guy. What happened Meow Wolf?
