      Clearly the best company I have ever worked for. Constant engagement and feedback loop with management. There's a true willingness to understand employee concerns and address them within the context of the current economic and geo-political environment.

      Cons

      With senior management primarily based in Germany, information flow tends to be slow across the ocean and opportunities for growth and career advancement are slim.
