Every process regardless of its size or significance runs well in systematic ways. Multifaceted experiences are available for people who really desire and deserve them.

Cons

Career planning is rather hard because of its strong competition conditions. But this is an ordinary case within such a big multinational company. Otherwise company successes might not run at high levels.

Pros

Very friendly, very sincere. The first question was tell me about yourself, and then they asked some obstacles in my study and previous internships.

Cons

Not much negative opinion, you have to be prepared to go through your resume and transcript, why one subject got the worst score for example.

Daimler is a well-known company providing employees with a large network of information and possibilities. If your project is highly interesting for upper management, you will get any help and resources you need.

Cons

As a big company, requests that are out of the normal take a long time and limit you in what you can do and how you can do it.
