Pros

Stable company PTO policy Other areas may be better

Cons

Horrible culture in Phoenix Long-term employees who are absolute jerks and get away with it Horrible management No perks People putting in the time for their resumes then moving on as fast as they can Consistent technology issues. Get people who actually know what they’re doing to make decisions.

Pros

Decent pay starting out and nice incentive plan. Nice amount of PTO as well as sick pay when you first start.

Cons

1. No room for growth or opportunity. 2. The incentive plan is great but they have made it so difficult to even get now. 3. They tend to hire outside instead of the company instead of within. 4. The company needs to invest more money into there systems as well as there employees. 5. No one listens when you have a concern or just cant do your job due to system issues. 6. They tend to hold things against there employees even if its not there fault. 7. When you have a supervisor call and reach out to them they dont want to help or take the call. 8. It is hard to get the time off you need when using your PTO. 9. Need to upgrade laptops that are provided to us to do our job.
