Pros

Extensive, paid training and plenty of opportunities. That is, if you can keep up with the ever escalating and changing demands of the clients and/or quality-assurance dept while also enduring the grueling and mandatory open enrollment overtime hours.

Cons

Mercer's company culture and practices prioritized clients over employees. They lost many great people who cared about the happiness and well-being of Mercer employees above the clients.

Pros

Easy going and reasonable work/life balance.

Cons

Hemorrhaging talent and not growing organically. No desire to be a true thought leader. Employees spend more time managing internal tools than serving clients, coming up with creative solutions, or growing the business.

Pros

Great manager with calm demeanor and a positive mental attitude and easy commute.

Cons

you could work at Mercer for 5 years & upper management will never increased a teir 1 level employees pay even as the cost of living has increased. Mercer stands for diversity and inclusion but only pays upper management fairly.
