Pros

A great place to get your life and health insurance licenses. If you are under 50, it's a great place for advancement.

Cons

If you're OVER 50, work somewhere else. They favor the young, beautiful candidates and play favorites. Doing your job well doesn't matter.

- Interesting work (once you get past analyst level) - Meaningful client interaction - No travel

Cons

- Relatively low pay - Extremely inconsistent workflow - Management is very out of touch with the workforce - HR Consulting firm that doesn't follow the recommendations it gives to its own clients - Bonus program doesn't make sense
