      Terrible for progression

      Pros

      - Has nice pension - Overall good benefits - Well compensated for weekend/ overtime work

      Cons

      - No ability to progress upwards or even train in other departments - Its about being friends/family with people to getting what you want - Management sucks. They overworked anyone below them with no please or thank you or any recognition. -Progression within company is what they hooked me in with but almost as soon as i joined i was told that that was basically impossible. - A lot of the people that worked there got away with micro and even macroaggressions.

      No diversity in leadership after a certain level

      Pros

      surrounded by professionals who are good at what they are good at.

      Cons

      Not an inclusive environment after a certain level. There are mostly brown faces doing the manual jobs and mostly white faces at the decision-making tables. All of the brown leaders are lower-level managers/ supervisors
