      Friendly colleagues, and some friendly managers

      Cons

      Bad organisation and structure, to much pressure to hit unrealistic targets. No product availability, and bad customer service. Very expensive products with average quality compared to competitors. Long lead times with expensive delivery charges that put Merck in disadvantage against competitors. Not enough staff to provide good customer service.

      Should have employer of the year. I started at 3 paid weeks of vacation. I traveled a lot for trade shows. Lots of education opportunities.

      Cons

      Corporate shakeup every two years. Global company managed out of Germany.
