      Pros

      Benefits, management, training, work/life balance. This is by far the best company I've ever worked for. The people are amazing. Claims is stressful, but you should know that getting into it, and I enjoy the fast pace.

      Cons

      Nothing. Management has been nothing but helpful and kind. They are supportive and completely understand you have a life outside of work.

      Pros

      Great benefits, great vacation time available. I've had a great experience working with management and fellow employees. The company promotes within a lot of the time so lots of room for advancement.

      Cons

      The cons I can think of is that for claims department the work load is high. Company does frown on you using sick time but only if it's gotten to the point where it's excessive (more than 7 days in a year) is considered excessive.

      Cons

      Executives are not held accountable for meeting goals. There is little to no incentive to do more or go the extra mile. If you need a pay check stop by, but don't stay too long.
