      Pros

      None. You did get paid weekly which was nice. Also had 3 week vacation, but if you took off came back to huge pile of stuff. As no one helped out while gone.

      Cons

      Management is a joke they have no idea what they are doing. They won't fire people who can't do job and just put it on the people who actually do good work. So no motivation to work more than bare minimum.
