      Pros

      They offer great benefits and treat their employees well. They try to do fun stuff and encourage you to learn. They are working on creating a better work-life balance and that is awesome.

      Cons

      it seems cyclical so we have crazy busy times then times where it is slow - allowing a more flexible schedule when it is slow would be great.

      It can be a bit stressful at times but that's to be expected at any job

      If you have a family and want a life other than working, do not work here. Insane claim volume and management does nothing to help. No work life balance.
