      M-F 8-4:45 schedule. Holidays off. Decent starting pay, holiday bonus

      Cons

      The workload is too much for a human being. You have to be a robot to be on top of the workload. Initial training is great but little to no help or training after that. The stress is overwhelming. Although breaks are mandatory no one wants to take them because there's that much work to be done. People even delay bathroom trips bc they're drowning in work.
