      Not a growing company/Little Opportunity

      Pros

      Employees and management are laid back, not at all micro managing. Holiday bonus and they try to bring in food and fun things throughout the year.

      Cons

      No growth or opportunity to move up or around in company. Employees settle into the same position for years. People you speak to on the phone belittle you and go above you to get exceptions to rules.

      None I can think of.

      Cons

      If you want to live a short life. Go work for Mercury Insurance. The workload is absolutely not manageable even with overtime and I am not a lazy person love to hustle but it is way to much! They call it job stability which is no such thing. See how management react when you fall behind.

      Pros

      Go entry level job to learn about claims. Annual Christmas bonus for 2 weeks of pay. Good co-workers below management.

      Cons

      There a lot, extremely high claims volume that is currently unmanageable. Not even with OT will you be able to keep up. Steer as far as away as possible unless there is no other choice.
