The coworkers are great.

Upper management is so out of touch with the job. Too much work. Low pay. No back up on files from supervisors. Overtime is needed weekly just to try to stay on top. Horrible company morale. You can tell no one likes their job anymore. Very high turn over rate

There are None! Beware!! Only accept an offer unless you are absolutely destitute! Job stability is the one pro I can think of.

Where do I begin? I've wasted my youth here (10 years)! So many years wasted working very hard and for what? The claim volume is astronomically high. Mercury is extremely backwards in everything they approach ie problems/solutions. The branch managers don't have any leadership training whatsoever and it definitely shows. Expectations are high but no reward - where's the incentive? Constant vague and ambiguous threats that you'll be terminated if you don't reduce your GuideWire activities.
