      Pros

      The hours are good working 8 to 445. The day goes by really fast because there is so much work to do. Every weekend and all holidays off.

      Cons

      Too much work. Not enough Claims Adjuster. Job itself is really stressful. They like to give a lot of verbal warnings for dumb things. There's a very high turn over rate because the job is extremely hard and stressful.
