Pros
There were a lot of great people working at Mercury which made the days tolerable. The Christmas bonus was nice and the casual dress code was also appreciated.
Cons
No real opportunity for advancement, lack of training for new job duties and systems, if you don't work in the main office in CA there are a lot less perks and you are basically an afterthought to upper management. When someone leaves or gets fired, it takes a long time for them to replace them, if they ever do, so you will be slammed with more work as well as taking over that person's files. Supervision is lacking and some people barely work at all and you will be stuck picking up their slack while they're doing anything but what they're being paid to do. Low morale.
