      Great coworkers, holiday bonus, healthcare, vacation great benefits overall.

      Cons

      Where to start? This company over the last year has lost so many great experienced adjusters to competitors due to Mercury overworking/ underpaying us. Employees are not important to management and they do not hide this fact. So many employees having to go on stress leave.
