The commercial departments are a little overshadowed and pushed to the back since their focus is on personal policies. Not great of commercial is your forte.

Poor management, poor pay, employees are disrespected by management, overworked, lack of proper training, mangers lie to save themselves, supervisors lack social skills. People are hired and never show up because its a horrible place to work.
