      Pros

      Mercury has a strong history and remains one of the major carriers in California. They do have an appetite for growth.

      Cons

      Mercury appears to be struggling with a lot of management issues and rivalries. Founder George Joseph is still involved but only to a limited degree, which I think can cause a lot of negative issues at the higher levels.
